Lanna, They are speaking french and he has arabic writing on his shirt. I guess they are in morocco, maybe tunesia. Also these cars are french, i.e. Renault, Peogeot or Dacia(Romanian, owned by Renault). The most modern chasis is the Peogeot 206 where he only opens the hood. All other ones are opened by triggering the central locking by an cunducting stick, which actually works. My guess would be that this vid is legit
