Why would they change the toilet paper roll in between guests?

#11 I don't work in the business, but even I know taht the "pretty fold" is to know whether the toilet roll has been used, and if so the toilet has been used as well. If your roll isn't folded pretty the bathroom probably hasn't been cleaned after it was used. The fold guarantees nothing, though.
"There are a lot of shady things that happen in hotels. We once had an "escort company" rent out a room and bring men in. We had to call the cops, things got crazy."
