Why would they change the toilet paper roll in between guests?

#11 I don't work in the business, but even I know taht the "pretty fold" is to know whether the toilet roll has been used, and if so the toilet has been used as well. If your roll isn't folded pretty the bathroom probably hasn't been cleaned after it was used. The fold guarantees nothing, though.
"Some hotels have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" policy, which means if you find even one little thing that you're not satisfied with, and bring it up to the manager, they might be able to compensate your entire stay."
