Pretty sure he said RCMP so that is Canadian. Secondly police officers should understand the public does distrust them and have more courtesy. If the officer has a body camera it can be used in court later to show his rudeness and the judge can deal with it. There is no reason to threaten this guys life by pointing a gun at him and damage his property just because he is a j#rk.
It was a taser, not a gun
Look up how many cops shot someone because they mistook their firearm for a taser.
He had both out.
You're what's wrong with this world
It's one thing to show courtesy, another to be a total punching bag. That guy (driver) was WAY out of line over that ticket. Him tearing it from the cops hands, and pulling away with him at the door put the cop in danger of being intentionally run over. He absolutely deserved to be pulled from his car like that afterwards. Respect runs both ways, you don't give it, you don't deserve it.
True
You know this was Canadians in Canada, right?
This guy deserve to go in jail with people who dont respect the police. Just like him.
Jail for what?? It is in no way a free democratic country where it is justified for the police to claim respect from civilians with violence.
I don´t think you know how a free democracy works,
it doesn´t mean you can do whatever you like, there are rules.
Oh, but I do. And it is in Europe. I think some parts of US have trifted pretty far from it. Yes, there are rules. No 1 rule for the police is not to assault unarmed civilians.
That's something you don't see everyday.
Both of them not knowing why the police react like that just make me hope he gets a few nights behind bars because he won't learn any other way
And to top it off he uploaded the video to the internet, the hubris!
