I was riding one of our horses behind our house in a long field. I was riding bareback (no saddle) like this girl. When I got to the far end of the field I kicked the horse (not in a mean way, just what you do to get a horse moving) and she took off like a rocket. I barely could hold - not even sure how I did. But when we reached home she stopped really fast (like this video) and off I went. Didn’t get hurt but I learned the power of a motivated horse that day LOL. I was probably 12 but knew how to ride well and it scared me LOL.
