I actually CAN explain it! Recognized the location immediately. It's the town next to mine in The Netherlands. And there's a centre for people with mental disabilities riiiight next to it....and she's coming from that direction. So my guess is that's she's from there.
And yes, not a smart location but the institution has been around for longer than trains. Lots of suicides there by the way...

Gert,Sounds plausible. How about giving us the names of the towns?

Lainie,

Town is called Ermelo. Institution is called s'Heerenloo. You can no doubt check the location with Google street view.
Better question: Why are you the kind of person that thinks everything is a lie?
Seriously why would I lie about this?...

Rupert,
First of all; that supposedly half of everything is a lie, is not a reason WHY I would lie about it. And you probably don't have a shred of evidence that half on this site is a lie or a logical reason why...
Secondly; How is what I said not plausible?
Thirdly; A question I have asked before to people that said that everything on here is lies, why do you keep coming back here again and again for those lies? To show all of us how smart you are in being the only that can spot them? To prove to yourself how superior you are for seeing the lies we all can't see? To get mad everytime you see a supposedly lie?

People demask LIES to protect other people from getting s#cked in. It's very ease to get trapped by media (TV, radio, Internet, press). By saying "this is lie" You can distance Yourself from thing You see.
As You proved this video CAN BE EXPLAINED but someone who published it gave headline "You can't explain this video" - this is clearly a lie, sort of provocation.

Women's subconscious group lives in the 1800', that's why they can't drive, use the trousers' pockets and generally, are bad with technology.
