You're probably right- the computer I see this on doesn't have speakers. No speakers= no sound; hence the "could be" comment.
Just here on a break at work.
BTW, I wouldn't consider that a "concrete slab", it's just a chunk of broken concrete. At least they used the word "concrete" and not just "cement" as many people do.
