You always just see 3 faces insides and 3 faces outside. So 3 faces inside are black, the other are yellow, same for outside.
The black one he turns around and shows from all sides is a 3rd full black he hid before.

Edit: My mistake, there is no 3rd one. It's still the same, just need to be careful to not show the other colored sides when moving it around.
Most likely this trick only works in front of a static camera, when you can go around you quickly will see the other faces

IMHO he´s got a 3rd one (black hexagon) and he hides that extra one squished between two fingers. Look how he always has two fingers pressed together, before he makes the changes of color. 27 I think a 0:37 you can see the black one between two fingers a bit. But i might be wrond, just what i think i see,
He´s good though.
