#5 ok retard. sorry your grid doesn't work as well as mine. plus Ive worked for the local electric company. the more efficient homes become, the more they tell you to conserve and still raise prices

Oh yeah sure solar is great if you have sun. I have huge trees that keep my roof in almost permanent shade to the point I need to clean moss off my roof. The last sales guy that tried to talk me into solar got laughed off my doorstep...

#5 Additionally, I could buy a lot of heat or hot water for the super high cost of that equipment. I would pay for that, and if the stupid HOA required it, wouldn't buy the home. NOT supporting "big green"
