#21 - I recognize that area. It is St. Petersburg, Florida. And yes, it is “downtown” but it’s hardly a thriving metropolis. That area is primarily people that are going to a pier for shopping though there are some mom and pop shops right around there. There would have been plenty of spaces around as long as you are willing to walk an extra block or so - this person is just complaining the cause they didn’t get a prime parking spot.
