Good job. It’s so unhealthy to be fat. And they’ve determined that there is a strong correlation between being obese and dying of COVID.

Outstanding!

Losing weight is one of the most difficult things that I have done. I undestand the dedication and determination of all of these people. It's brutal, but it can be done.

To all the obese people out there: Don't believe on "fat acceptance" or "healthy at any weight". It's a bunch of lies. The sooner you realize it's your problme and only you can solve it, the sooner you will lose weight.

I lost a pile of weight over the past 2 years using an employer paid for program. It had a whole bunch of mind tricks, and science stuff etc. to keep you motivated, but the weight loss itself boiled down to 3 simple rules:
1) Eat whatever you want, but ONLY when you are actually hungry
2) Eat very slowly
3) Stop as soon as you are full

Getting in shape is incredibly more difficult than staying in shape. Good for them. Congratulations.

“[225lbs>153lbs=72lbs lost] Leaving an unhealthy relationship, cutting down on alcohol, healthy eating, and consistent workouts. I’m so proud of myself. Gave myself the goal of getting to 150 lbs by my 30th birthday and I’m 3 pounds away!”
