Do you now or have you ever owned and ran a burger chain? The cost of ingredients may be minimal, depending on quality, but the cost of rent, wages, insurance for your employees, income taxes paid on their behalf (employer pays half) note and interest on equipment, and general upkeep on the space, not to mention the utility costs and a myriad of other things not included in this list are all added into the cost of a burger and fries.
Why do you just list income tax. Note in Brazil all these things are a lot lower. And usually a burger chain is a franchise which you have to buy into so those costs are very high.
Just you and your tumor.
