... #23 is a small child smacking another inattentive small human with a door without intention of it being filmed.
The 'hit my sibling with a door' behaviour is up to the parent to correct, which I have no doubt that they would if it is repeated.
Otherwise, that was an unintentional act by the small child.
The person filming dramatic doggo is allowing something to suffer (fear is suffering).
So yes, I call out cruel behavior when I see it. You should too.
