I'm just thinking, how to get the german TÜV (the technical checkup for vehicles) to give me an ok for a number plate (The minimum complaints will be: There are no fenders, no turn signals, no brake lights, no horn, sharp edges usw.)
Of course, you will need a second pilot license for that and you are only allowed to start and land on airfields. You will be taxed twice (1x quad and 1x ultra light plane)
The ultra light plane needs some security features (at least 2 parachutes)
