Vannie, and electronics in general, it seems. My first PC cost me about 1500 euros more than 30 years ago. It was a 286 with 1MB RAM and 40MB HDD (Yes, mega, not giga on both). These days I can buy a laptop that are thousands of times more powerful in any aspect for around 300 euros. Kind of crazy to think about!
I did college in the 80's. Personal computers were only for the "rich kids" at over $4,000 US. That's equivalent to about $9,000 US today.
And the memory is amazing. A typical USB thumb drive has way more storage than the old HDD's. And I remember when USB was just a potential communications port.
Hmm, they do start at 0. The first 'complete year' is year 1, not year 0. The 10th complete year is year 10 and the end of the first decade. The complete 100th year is the end of the century. The new century starts at the beginning of year 101. the easiest way to understand it is to get a piece of paper and write down 100 dots or any other symbol you like. That's your first century. Your second century will start at your 101st symbol.

Cheers!
So, based on your understanding of math, numbers start at 1, and 0 doesnt exist? So the first year of every decade doesn't exist either.
