#3 there's a procedure how to remove the helmet and if the person is out you _should_ remove the helmet and give first aid no matter what. Intact spine helps you a whole f@#king nothing when you were without oxigene for 10 minutes -.-

And if the guy is awake ask hin to put the helmet down by itselve in case he colaps you don t have to do it and he knows when it hurts and so on...

Still after all this years this Bull$hit again? To perform correct CPR you have to remove the helmet. Or for simpler minds: better paralyzed as dead. So +1 for Loomie.

#3 - Medic - yep Helmet goes as fast as possible to secure airwais and @$$ess headwounds. ideeally patient laying down and pull it smoothly straigt up - NO side to side or twisting movement.
