Had several of these toys an never had any issues, but then I don't swallow random objects/fluids, throw things at people, or wrap things around important body parts. Sky dancers were dangeous.
I played with most of these, or my sisters did. Lawn darts were the best. These are all Darwin's Toys (except for the toxic ones.) If you got hurt playing with them, you deserved it for being an idiot.
How this was made is baffling. The liquid inside the squishy ball was toxic. The long cord was a strangulation hazard and the toy itself was extremely flammable.
