I miss that:

My cats have been going long time ago over the rainbow bridge.
They were a better family to me than every human.

I swore to my last cat (while he was dying in my arms), that I would never ever in my life would have a cat again.
It's hard, but I'm bound with this oath.

Renny, I like cats but you are not bound to an emotional oath you made to a cat. Get another one. There are lots of them that would love to be adopted in to a new home. Gd gave us domesticated cats and dogs to bring us a little joy in this life.

When my 20 year old cat was dying she slept with me, and she woke me up every night at about 2:00 AM with kisses. She'd never done that before in her life, and it was both a joyful and heartbreaking thing for me. I'll never forget her or her end-of-life affection. She didn't want food, or anything else -- she just wanted to get a little love.
