#8 Since you're cleaning up broken glass while barefoot, you might just as well simply walk around to find any shards you missed.
Saves on flashlight batteries, too.

#8 Good idea... but the BEST way to clean up tiny glass fragments is to use a wet paper towel over the area. The moisture attracts the microscopic particles and traps them for disposal. For carpet, dab the area after vacuming. Its amazing.

Clean the shower head correctly.

If your shower stream seems to be weaker than before, you might have hard water: in this case, the minerals are jamming your shower head and nozzle. Use a toothbrush soaked in white vinegar to scrub the water jets. After that, wipe it and turn on the jets to maximum to get out the clogging minerals.
