Why? I mean, if it's that clear, you can explain it.
1. Event held in a predominantly white area, which apparently has helmet laws. Organizers of these events, of which I am one would not allow such a contestant to take to the start line due to lack of safety equipment.
2. Number is different than those of riders in background
3. The actual photoshopping is poor, didn't even colour match the mud.
4. Use your own eyes and critical thinking, dipsjit.
Don't point guns at cops and you'll be OK.
the message is great though even if it should turn out the photo is fake.
