It's just a quick moment of two people having a laugh at a bit of a moment. Never meant to be hilarious.
It's a segment of a vid of super speed dating. The moment was obviously a little funny for them. Just because it's not funny for most of us doesn't mean it's idiotic.
If you and someone you and a store employee have a fumbling moment with some money or whatever and share a quick laugh you're not being idiotic either.
