That gives a price of 2,50kr pr kWh, so you'd be right. Depending on the charger you might be even more right or very wrong.
Add in the fact that even a heavy Tesla can go 10 km on a lot less than 2kWh and it is a lot cheaper to drive electric than gas. Comparable cars would use about .4-.5 liters pr 10km, costing 4-4.5 kWh pr 10 km driven.
Bottom line is that pricing electricity pr minute makes it pretty much impossible to compare, but electric cars are still by far more energy efficient.
