Some liquid nitrogen applied to the shackle before you give it a sharp blow with a hammer works better and more quickly, and you won't accidentally burn anything down.

ice spray (used e.g. in sports) works also.
If your can for liquid Nitrogen is exact at the momemnt empty, if you need it.

During my army time we opened them with a steel helmet and folding spades (without cooling)
Mostly sunday evening, if someone forgot his key at home...

Master Lock used to have a commercial during the Super Bowl where they would fire a rifle bullet at one of their closed locks & it stayed locked. I guess they don't make them like they used to...

Just use a shim. Opens easy and as a plus it's non-destructive so there is no evidence the lock was opened. Melt it, shatter it, cut it and it's obvious from looking at it that something is wrong.
