Incels call themselves that. On their own sad little red pill chatsites. As you know all too well. You talk about women and girls almost constantly like a little soldier of the Incel army. And who even says groomer at all? Ffs.

Just type in "Incel sites" on the Internet. A lot of the traffic to them has even increased in the past few years many times over. And it was never just a trend. Elliot Rodger, self proclaimed incel killed 6 people in 2014. Or Lyndon McLeod in 2021 for example.
These people are glorified on those sites. It's definitely not the same as calling people "neckbeard".
And they usually talk about one thing over and over: how stupid, bad, evil, etc women are and how they all try to trick men.
