One of my favourite appetizers, I love them two ways. With a drop of tabasco and a tiny dollop of horseradish, or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. I remember when I first tried one, I didn't know how I would react, was glad that I loved them right off the bat. My daughter is a great eater, she likes all kinds of foods, but she can't eat these despite her making as couple of attempts. So you either love them or hate them...
