He bought it to use it. Where's the punishment? That 24ply, soft as an angels wings toilet paper doesn't work. It just smears everything around, making a larger mess.

#3 Actually, mold on Jam made with no preservatives is normal, as any home caner will tell you. Just scrape off the mold and enjoy.
#9 Annoying, but kind of normal. Just got a big gas bubble while rising.
#10 Demand or sue for repairs. If the tow truck is from a mechanics shop, have another mechanic do the repairs.
#14 Had kind of the same thing happen to me, but it was a construction company that left their gate open on a busy street and I didn't see it in time and couldn't swerve. Of course they said that "someone else must have opened their LOCKED gate", so the replacement was all on me.
