I agree with a lot of these but #2 just needs to find the right hot sauce. You can't tell me chipotle, saracha, sambal oelek, or green chili hot sauce don't add flavor.
#10 there are people that don't refrigerate their ketchup. Mustard needs to be room temperature but ketchup, if used at all, should be cold.
