when daylight saving kicked in, I set all the clocks in the office 1 hour forward. The person responsible for the clocks then came in, set them back an hour, and during the day, he'd notice the clocks were off 1 hour, but swore he set them right.
"Mail someone a red golf ball every week for a while. Then mail them a green golf ball and stop."
