Affirmative action will some day cost someone their life when a woman is determined to be in a man's job like this, but can't perform in the required manner. Can she pick anyone up and get them out of a burning building? Down a ladder? Swing an axe to break their way in and save someone? You can't possible convince me otherwise, no matter what your ridiculous notions of equality or sexism. And I'm a woman. I would rather see men in her position than this nonsense. So she lost weight. Yeah, good on her. But a firefighter??? Get real.
