Sibbilla, Given that nobody works there from 18 til 65, They just don't hire more people when the ones leaving. Downsizing gradually.
And who stays, gets a living wage. Sort of...

Brilliant idea, turning all the fast food joints into Solitary confinement prison cells, each person in their own room alone, blank white walls, connected by a conveyor belt. Solves many problems
