Man, it must s#ck to be someone who had to live there. I thought it was black ice, but I see people wearing T-shirts. You would think the cab drivers would know not to go near this street.

Yeah, they put down fresh asphalt, but the steepness exceeds safety standards and they can't get traction on hot days when the top layer of asphalt melts.
