maybe not on your continent.

In my country a Christmas bonus is a legal part of the salary. If the boss want to skip it, he is in legal trouble.

That's why we have unions, and that's why I don't believe in the 'freedom' of some other countries.

That’s not a “bonus” then. If it’s mandatory, then it’s part of the salary.
