Being oblivious to everyone around you is the definition of self-centeredness. Different, but equally as annoying as arrogance (which is being aware, but not giving a hoot.) Still, you're right. Just ask them to move.
#7 Who tf cares about your (lie regarding that) employee? If someone calls you for service and they don't get service, then you receive full blame and a complaint is justified. They're not just going to somehow guess that some idiot "had a seizure" (again, I call bs) and just toss it off. Good service is attempting to retain their patronage by offering a small discount on their next order, not responding like an @$$hat to an online complaint. It just shows that you're confrontational (or a millennial) and more or less explains why your service s#cks. That's two reasons to not ever buy your sh#t again. Call me "karen" all you want, you know I'm right.
"5 PM, Rush Hour. At least 3 cars are waiting in line to get to a pump. These guys have finished pumping gas and have been holding a casual conversation for 8 minutes at this point."
