Being oblivious to everyone around you is the definition of self-centeredness. Different, but equally as annoying as arrogance (which is being aware, but not giving a hoot.) Still, you're right. Just ask them to move.
Good service is attempting to retain their patronage by offering a small discount on their next order, not responding like an @$$hat to an online complaint. It just shows that you're confrontational (or a millennial) and more or less explains why your service s#cks. That's two reasons to not ever buy your sh#t again.
