But I miss it since my 3 cats died years ago.
I'm bound to a promise to my last cat, while he wwas dying in my arms, that I will never have a cat again.
It's ripping me apart
Why would you do that if you want a pet so hard?
he was very jealous and defended me against everything - even his brother.
I gave him that promise to comfort him and to show him, that he was unique to me.
Meanwhile, I survived several bad phases (medical and financial) in my life, where I had to admit to myself, that bearing the responsibility for a pet wouldn' t have been possible. My pets had it always better than me.
