Reminds me of PE in school. The most critical thing was not to start laughing whilst being on the bars. My mates deliberately started sniggering and I fell down. It looked like a bicycle accident. xD

The only reason these were "male" is because they require upper body strength. Ignoring the fact that the strength depends on the individual, not the gender.
