#6 Real dermatologists not paid by companies to sell products will say, bathe skin every other day with warm water (not hot), using soap only on areas that need baterial/dirt cleanup, and scalp every three days. Dry skin not caused by a disease is from removing oils with soap too often, just like leather needs an oil coating or it cracks and invites disease. Never use any "skin care" products you don't specifically need, since chemicals and other "natural" ingredients can also cause gummy buildup, clogged pores and irriation. But use SUNSCREEN!

While a nice hot shower is great, you might want to be sure you don’t take them twice a day or something wild like that. Showering too often can wash off important protective layers that, when gone, leave you more susceptible to illness.
