More than likely they already have and that's how they learned to be such a bad supervisor/boss.
Ditto #43 its illegal to not give breaks or lunch, so that's the issue here. It is not unreasonable to expect workers to, you know, work during their work hours in which they are being PAID TO WORK.

Yep, only one country has bosses like this. Supervisors and bosses in other countries are the paragons of virtuous behavior.
I'm sure there are a few other countries as backwards as the one evident here, but in most developed countries, there are many many laws protecting workers from this kind of cr#p.
There are kids working in mines in Africa. There are nets outside the windows in China’s factories to keep them from committing suicide.
While these bosses are all horrible, at least every single one of the employees have the option to leave and find another job.

Eventually they did not want to have their stuff suffering from food poisoning. I think this is very responsible on their act.
