I've only been on a speed boat once and it was the most disconcerting experience. Once it gets up to speed, the boat is bouncing hard off the waves and I'm being jostled violently on the little seat. There's nothing really to grab on to and I really, really wanted to be strapped tight to the seat, especially because I didn't know how to swim. But of course, seat belts aren't a thing on boats. Yeah, I understand why, it'll be a safety hazard if the boat flips. Not that it'd make a difference to me. So, never again.

People who do this sh#t probably say, "I love the outdoors" and then proceed to help destroy the environment. SMH.
