Over here we call these biker splitters.

There should also be a lower beam, so a fallen biker can't slide underneath.

Rickie, For bikers, there should be a short ramp at the foot of the fence to launch them as high and far as possible. You know, just reward for going too fast as most bikers do. sarcastic
