Kinder Eggs are not protected by the Constitution.
The ban on Kinder Eggs is stupid.
The reason it is banned is goods trafficing: Its a non-food enclosed inside an eatable food. Money, Drugs, Explosives, Ammo etc. have been hid inside foods and foodcontainers. The law not clearly states Kinder Eggs to be illegal. That is just a side effect.
I don't think that's true. I think it's just so you won't choke on anything when eating something inedible contained in something edible.
