Jolien Boumkwo, the Belgian champion in shot put and hammer throw, ran 100 meters with hurdles to save her team from disqualification. It turned out that the country simply had two athletes who withdrew from the race due to injuries.

She actually substituted for an injured runner. If she didn't step in thé team Would have forfaited and lost one Point in thé overall ranking. Thé athlete is a shot put athlete, so trained for power, not speed

I guess English must be your second language because stupid means "doesn't work" and apparently she saved her tram from losing points SOOOO... I belive that works.
