Wow. That developer gave each house 2 feet of land on each side of the house. Never seen standalone houses so close together. Packed them in like sardines.

That what all new developments are like. In Vegas they might as well be townhouses. They expect people to live indoors now.

hahahha 50 million? They were offerd 2 million... now if you take into account the prices of the other homes in the same land area its 33 million Australian dollars... NOT 50 million.. they were waiting for more money and refused , they are not heros..
