#3 Not true. Eels in captivity have been sucessfully brought to spawning eggs, that in turn produced larvae. The only things that has not been succesful until today, is raising the larvae to fish.

Calista,

I don’t know if I’ve ever been within 3 meters of a rat.

I question this one too. Mice (and chipmunks) certainly but where I am rats aren't really that common.

Martina,

Yeah, it's supposed to be a spider within 10 ft (totally accurate), but many places don't have rats or mice. In Alaska it's Voles not mice.

#7 Like too many liberal ideas, it starts with good intentions but winds up with many dire results.

#10 Which has been happening throughout the ages. I am sure that during the black death there were many who were saying now is not the time for children. When infant mortality rates were 50% and above, I am sure many were saying it is not the time for children. For some it will never be time, resources, etc.. Yet we keep marching on as a species to the chagrin of people of a certain mindset.

#20 There is truly evil in the world but people keep going on about politics and politicians.

#25 Wow. 6 minutes to live unless someone starts CPR on you and being aware of it. I've done CPR on thousands of people during my military and medical career and I cannot imagine being the recipient of actual effective CPR being done on me. Most times we crack the sternum by doing chest compressions. Manual ventilation must be uncomfortable and I am not even going to go into being intubated.
