#3 - You're in trouble if you don't know a fuse from a circuit breaker.

Eseneth, Not being labeled would never pass code inspection so the previous homeowner probably replaced it - which is huge red flag. Definitely want an electrical contractor to look at that.

#8 had nothing to do with the house. The microwave broke, not the house. It's like saying a car is a lemon because the knob on the radio broke.
"For The Longest Time We Couldn't Figure Out Why Our Outdoor Sink Kept Clogging Up, So We Called Someone To Come Check Out The Plumbing. Turns Out It's All Been Going Into A Home Depot Bucket"
