Answer: "It’s a tick removal tool. It’s called a “tick twister”."

Answer: "It looks like some sort of way to dispense batter into hot oil."

Simeon, yup, you push the "button" ans squeeze out one fancy-shaped dollop of gel onto the toiletbowl. Preferably somewhere it's not used as target practice of any kind, but where the water will run past when you flush.
