How convenient that he had all of the necessary paint components right next to him. And there was the cut between when he started stirring to him showing the mixed paint. It would be easy to edit the video such that however the mixture came out, he would use on the provided "paint sample", then splice it to the beginning of the video.

Actually this is a skill, and I can do it too. Came from painting play sets and using only donated paint, which had to be mixed to match in huge amounts, and sometimes you run out and had to mix from random cans to match.
