Power sprayers specifically warn you not to point the sprayer at anyone. Even paint sprayers have the same warning. They blast the liquid out at such force, the liquid can be directly injected into the skin. And depending on the nozzle attachment on the power sprayers, the instructions warn that it can peel paint off your car, for example, so imagine what it can do to skin.

I remember some 25-30 years ago when two youngsters, freshly hired at a gas station, were playing with a compressor, trying to get it up each other's hiney, joking, as they thought. It went on for a while and, at one point, one of them got "lucky" and stuck the doze a bit too tight. What happened was that the other guy's belly suddenly swelled and then he collapsed, not even being able to scream. He died later on in the hospital due to internal hemorrhaging.
