I remember some 25-30 years ago when two youngsters, freshly hired at a gas station, were playing with a compressor, trying to get it up each other's hiney, joking, as they thought. It went on for a while and, at one point, one of them got "lucky" and stuck the doze a bit too tight. What happened was that the other guy's belly suddenly swelled and then he collapsed, not even being able to scream. He died later on in the hospital due to internal hemorrhaging.
