Worked behind a counter and as a bumper with drunken idiots quite some time. If they start to yell it's best to smile them away like the people behind the counter did. Just let them yell and vent and no interaction but smiling and eye contact. After a few seconds they'll notice their behaviour is out of line and they'll start to feel uncomfortable. That's why she left.
When they get violent or hit stuff it's time to escort them out but until that happens the fastest way to get rid of them is smiling at them and making them realize they won't get what they want the way they behave. Talking/arguing leads to escalation, they'll think they have to stand their ground and trouble you longer. Escorting her out would lead to a physical escalation, she'd fight back. You don't want that. If she doesn't leave you ask her calmly and kindly to leave, if she doesn't you call the cops. There's no way you could get her out by force without danger to hurt her or getting hurt yourself, so until she starts damaging things or wants to hurt people you don't threaten or touch her.
